The Path Person Center planning process was created by John O'Brien, Jack Peerpoint, and Linda Kahn. The process begins with the person describing their North Star to the group. The North Star is the vision of who the person ultimately wants to be in the focus person is then asked for a specific point in time, such as six months, a year, or two years, and what they want their life to look T If we imagined who the person has become and what they are doing on that date, what would we see?
