Everybody'shopping town can finish a car to where the outside it looks fine. But what did they do on the inside? The invisible repair. And that's what we try to make headway with marketing and such. Our invisible repair is better than most because we're doing what the manufacturer requires. Wow. We typically, in a month, will write off anywhere between $5 and $1,500 worth of what we call short-paced. It's procedures that need to be done that we don't get paid for. But we do it anyway because that customer is important to us and recurring that vehicle is n Wow. So it just goes with the territory. We want to treat the customers. Whether they're a doctor, a lawyer, or a pl Right. We want to take care of them that way. Absolutely. Yeah. Shall we give her a quick tour of the shop? Well, basically we have two frame racks. The car liner here, t Full frame rack over there. We use that for the truck. And bait and a bar is just in the painting. And time is money. So we use the best paint to cover painting all cars. Knowing that if we get a portion in here or an Audi in here, whatever, it works how to do. And then also we don't have to eat so much because we'recycling more air. Right.
