When you come to the shop and we make a recommendation, one of the things that I coach people to do is to ask them good questions, to get a good understanding of what they're saying and what that is needing to be done. Okay, let'say it's a CV axle boot that is beginning to crack, that's happened on my vehicle today, so that's what I'm doing with my own personal vehicle. So it has just begun, so it's on the front end, but it's not going to heal itself either. So we want to make sure that we explain that in a way that the customer has a choice to say, hey, this works for me from a time, from a budget perspective, to go ahead and get this done now. Or, So, but if it'something that's critical, that's really at a point of this needs to be done soon, we want to make sure that we tell you that through. So we love to bring people out to the base and show them what's going on with their vehicle to explain breaks or coolers or the CV axle. We want to make sure that the customer understands what this is, why we say what we say, and then show them, either with pictures or in person, what's going on with their vehicle.
