There's a saying in the dealership world where, You're keeping these people coming through, not to fix their car, but to sell them a new one. And that's not a motivation here at all. We're not here to try to make top dollar on everything. We just want to fix people's cars. I'm very passionate about mechanical things. Just from a young age, taking stuff apart, putting them back together, learning how it works, I'm a very hands-on person. So it translated well to working with automobiles. One of the other guys here has been a good friend of mine for a while and he was And sure enough, it's one of the cleanest, most up-to-date facilities I've ever worked in. We all We know them by their names and we've been seeing them for years. I get the greatest satisfaction when the customer sees their dream for the car come to fruition. We don't really focus too much on each tech having a single individualized purpose here at the shop. You work with a car and a client pretty much from start to finish, whatever the test may be. It may be as simple as just changing the oil on a car and it can go all the way from top to bottom rebuilds on engines. We try to be really respectful of our team members' home life. We're never going to force any kind of overtime on anybody or ask them to work outside of their normal work hours if they can do it. So if we make sure that they have the time that they need to spend with their family and pursue any other hobbies, that's going to improve their day-to-day work. What makes a good technician I feel is a passion and an interest. We treat it back here in the shop as a craft really. The team here is really, really good about making sure if there is something that everyone is going to be able to use on a daily basis that is specialized to these vehicles that we just have it. Realistically everybody is a really good fit. I'm Patrick Granato.
