Gearstar Performance Transmissions manufactures world-class, high-performance automatic transmissions built to exact specifications. From start to finish, they are built by the industry's top expert technicians. Each transmission is custom re-manufactured, built to specs - That means we don't have pre-built transmissions sitting on our shelves. In order to maintain consistency and quality during the building process, each and every transmission is handled by a single builder from start to finish. And every single transmission is put through rigorous qualification and inspection process, along with the fact that each transmission and converter are extensively dyno-tested as a package equivalent of 100 mph on the street where we check hydraulic pressures, temperatures, shift quality, converter stall and lock-up. We make sure each all shift points are at the correct RPM before engaging into the next gear. When you receive your transmission and converter package, you can be sure it is functioning perfectly, because we make sure it's perfect before it leaves our shop. Whether it is a Turbo 350 going behind a mild small block or a 4L85E built for a C5R 440 blown LSX, the same expert technicians will be working on either package.
