The NW128I series, passenger came in with an airbag light on. We discovered it was a 93C3, which is the passenger seat occupancy pad fault. In order to replace this part, it is a $900 part. It's the pad underneath the leather of the seat. So it's going to be several hours to take part of the leather of the seat in hope that it can connect the effects together. So we did a little more research and found that there is a company in the UK called SRS Dry Auto Electronics. It takes a couple weeks to get it in. It's a $50 part. What their part does is it's a seat-map emulator. It is designed to bypass the fault-tease-seat occupancy code. So it will turn the airbag light off, but it will leave the airbag active. So it only took about 10 minutes to do. So we're going to show you now how we did that. So we unplugged the OEM camera here. And here is their part. This little emulator here plugs right into the seat pad. And all you have to do is take about 10 minutes to do. And then what you'll need is you'll need the computer to be able to undo the code that was in there, that 9-3-C-3. So you come over here to the scanner and you'll see it in the airbag module. And then you go in to read the codes. And as you can see, we have no code for the seat occupancy. And there is no airbag light. So I hope this helps. Hope this helps. It works on the one series, three series, five series. And you should have some good luck from there. Thanks.
