Terry Billingsley Terry has been part of the First Call family since December 1, 2014. Prior to joining First Call Truck Parts, Terry spent many years in part sales and service beginning in 1993. That experience, coupled with his experience working as a service manager for four years, has given him a great understanding of both the sales side as well as the service side of the business. This allows him to truly communicate with his customers and understand on a deeper level what they need from their heavy duty truck parts provider. Terry was born and raised in Thomasville, Georgia, and loves spending time with his wife and three kids. John McMillan John is a native of Tennessee, but has lived in Tallahassee and worked in both the auto and truck industry for over 45 years. His work experience ranges from working as a salesman for ABAC Auto Parts for ten years to managing an automobile repair garage, becoming the owner of ABAC Auto Parts, and spending an additional nine years in the heavy duty industry. John brings a wide array of experience and expertise to the table that gives customers confidence in his ability to meet their needs. Outside of his parts career, John has served in the U.S. Army, has been married for 45 years, and loves spending time with his two children and three grandchildren. Joel Vice Joel has been with First Call Truck Parts for three years, and in joining our organization brought with him over 35 years of sales and management experience. Not only does he have extensive expertise in sales and management, but he also has a certificate from Vanderbilt’s Business, Finance, & Sales Academy. Joel has served in the U.S Army and is a 30 year family man and enjoys reading outside of work, two of his favorite books being Zig Ziglar’s “The Ends and Outs of People” and “Building a Better Business” by Barbara Clemons. Robert McBride Robert has been a part of the First Call Truck Parts family loyally serving our customers since 2007. Prior to that he worked with Fleet Supply for over two decades. All together he has over 30 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts that he brings to the table and contributes greatly to the value we are able to bring to our customers every day. Outside of work, Robert enjoys gardening and biking, as well as spending time with his family. Robert is also a fantastic cook and often prepares the meals for our customer events. Jeff Laing Jeff Laing began his professional career in the trucking industry as an auto and truck technician where he had 20 years of hands on mechanical experience. Jeff began working for Joe Ward in April of 1997 as a warehouse manager at Gear & Wheel. Shortly after, he moved over to First Call and quickly rose to inside sales due to his tenacity, positive attitude, and innate ability to communicate well with customers. Jeff is an avid motorcycle fan and also an avid supporter of veterans groups. Joe Ward Joe is a native of Bainbridge, GA with over 30 years of experience in the heavy duty truck parts industry. He serves on the CVSN board and AAAS board, and has served on the TruckPride marketing committee. He is married with three children and his hobbies include hiking, biking, wakeboarding, and snowboarding. After a successful career with Gear & Wheel and Transcom USA, Joe decided to strike out on his own and offer top notch service to his customers his way. Since the inception of First Call Truck Parts Joe has recruited and retained a team of top-notch industry experts with over 100 combined years of heavy duty truck parts experience to serve customers around Tallahassee and surrounding areas.
