Sanderson Headers

Sanderson Street Rod, Classic Car, and Engine Swap Header Manufacturer

Hey everybody, thanks for stopping by the garage today and hanging out with me. My name is Matt. I wanted to show you what I got for my C10 today. So I'm building a 72C10, if So I'm buying some more parts for it, and I bought myself a set of Sanderson headers. A couple reasons I bought these is one, I needed them for the Deport GM Performance fast burn heads. It'super hard to find a company that had the headers that I want in a kind of a shorty that had the Deport configuration for the heads. So Sanderson definitely fits that bill. I had a set previously on the motor that I never got to run, but I was super impressed with the fit and finish on them that I wanted to go with them again. Another reason is they're made in the US. They're made in San Francisco, w They showed up Saturday afternoon. I couldn't ask for better customer service with them. Now your mileage may vary when you order headers from them, but they haven't been stocked, and they are super, super awesome. So I just kind of wanted to get an unboxing and show All right, so I haven't opened these yet. I wanted to wait for I wanted You can see the boxes sealed and everything So let's take a look and get these t So these are for the Small Block Chevy. I'm running a GM Performance Parts 383, and I got the 1. 5-inch primary tubes with a 2. 5-inch collector. They're, I would say, a mid-length, but they're kind of a firewall, I guess, exit. They come down about where the bell housing meets the engine. So I did order them with the copper collector gaskets as well, too. Cool t You take a beta silicone about as they don't require any gaskets, w So let's take a look and see what we've got here. So thanks for choosing Sanderson. We've got some header bolts here. I got some Permatex Ultra Black as well to go around those exhaust ports. I got the 2. 5-inch reducers to go on the outlets. There's one of the gaskets that kind of slid out of the packaging here. Let'see some more of these are collector bolts. All right. So now these are an Ingo plug head. They vary a little bit from the straight plug head that I previously had. So I'll show you when we get into it. Oh, they package them up super nice as well, too. All right, there's the other copper gasket. Those are super t Really, really nice stuff. All right, I got you on an overhead shot here, so we'll open this up and take a look and see what these guys look So one of the differences that these had over the other headers that I had, w Let's take a look. They did get them in the silver ceramic coating. They also offer plain and the black ceramic coating as well, too. And those look super, super awesome. Make sure I got these guys in the frame here. There we go. Super, super awesome. Got the Sanderson Street Rod Headers logo welded in on them. And you can see how these kind of come up and over where the straight plug come down and then all meet here, too. So we've got plenty of room. Looks And then let me turn t So you can see they also have where they weld around and then mac T So I kind of just wanted to show you guys a little bit of what these look I That's one of the reasons why I wanted these because I'm running my exhaust up inside the frame. And I t All right, everybody, that does it for the unboxing for the Sanderson Headers. Let me know if you have any questions. I wasn't sponsored, bought those with my own money, but I do have to say the quality with those is excellent. And I You'll be seeing them on the truck once the truck starts going back together. And again, I really appreciate
