B We sell in 12 different states all around Arkansas. We have 210 stores and 180 affiliates that we support. My name is Rick Spagnardi. I am the Vice President of Digital Business. 85% of our business is done over the phone. We do have online presence. You can buy from our online website. However, the mechanics still That phone has got to work every single time. A few years ago, all the company stores had multiple POTS lines coming in. We probably had 18 different carriers at one point in time. Every month we'd have to evaluate 210 separate bills. I had two people that were just dedicated to evaluating the phone bills every single month. We had been working with Telecom for our local on-premise phone system. In one of our conversations with our sales guy, we talked to him about how can we deal with this differently at the stores. He brought to us the MyTelvoid solution. No one There was a few test stores or what we did and then it was a quick rollout with Rick and his team and our store operations team. They started implementing it throughout our stores. We are a conservative company. When we started the process out, we started out with doing one store a week and just made sure that one store was working perfect. Then we started ramping up and at one point in time were doing 15 stores in a week. We only had about a 15 minute window to make sure that everything transferred properly before were going on to the next store. After the first four or five stores, were able to really move that forward and make it happen quickly and Telecom was a key player in making that happen. This ended up being about a 30% cost savings across all of our Telecom. So that's huge. It's now been running for three years and we still have a 30% cost savings. It sure helped our communication level quickly put in the processes and it rolled through and were very fortunate and pleased to be where we're at. If I had to make this decision over again three years into it looking back, I'd absolutely make the same decision. This is one of the best decisions that we've made. It was seamless. It was easy to use. And it just worked and it saved us a bundle.
