T It's taken us a long time to get to where we're at. T A lot of there's going to be some slight differences moving forward if we ramp up to a production level versus just kind of a once and twos here and t But it's a good start and we've made a lot of progress and a lot of calculations and have a lot of information figured out that we didn't have figured out before on exactly how we want to do t So just to kind of do a quick recap of what we have laid out here. It'll do some individual stuff. 76mm plated big board cylinder, obviously a factory cylinder. All the work done here except for the plating. We've got our custom 76mm big board piston. A lot of work went into that. T If we move forward with production line then we'll have these CNC from here on out. A factory cylinder had modification all done here. There's a lot of work that went into t We've got JIS Some of our Rest of the Weisskopf piston kit rings, clips, pin. Custom gaskets made in the USA. These are a little bit different than the standard gaskets that go into t So I'm going to move into individual components. Again factory cylinder head. All t But customer incentives t It was in decent shape. It did need a lot of work. Fully recalculated t We have a more modern squish bend angle here and width. The whole pocket was recut. T Glass bead blasted and painted. Automotive paint. We have t Really, really happy with the way that t It was a lot of work and a lot of work to get to where were comfortable with the calculations. So it's a lot of math involved and CC'ing and stuff and what not. But it came out really, really nice as you could see. The polis Obviously it looks great. If you saw it before you wouldn't even recognize it. Tell you that. We have the cylinder. All the porting work was done in-house. The port timing corrections. The exhaust modification. So the exhaust is mirrored out, polished. It does have some flas There's not This particular cylinder was done for us by Millenni But we work with all the plating companies, well most of them T It'super clean inside. Really nice job with the plating. Everyt I've had t We're shooting here for somet And performed very well. I don't want to get into the super high dollar crazy, One pass down the track, the engine blows up, you got to rebuild it. There are new cylinders. T We're working with what we have to work with and it's really, really hard to even find stuff that's not been roached out or backyard ported, thinned out, knife edged ports and stuff So really, really happy with t Obviously we're going to make improvements as we go along, come up with stuff that we And I can't wait to test this out and get back to Okay, let's talk piston. So I just got a scale here. It's teared out. It's in grams. We've got a 72 millimeter Weissko piston, brand new out of the box. No, the box is right here. And we're going to weigh that and we're going to weigh our 76 millimeter lightened piston that we came up with for t Now, the new Weissko pistons are pretty heavy and the 72 millimeters 2 mil over factory ours is a 6 mil over factory and obviously the bigger piston theoretically should weigh more than the smaller pistons. So 72 millimeter piston, throw it on there right at 270 grams. So new Weissko R piston. It was teetering between 245 and 250. So as we go into CNC with t We have lightning sections on the sides. These are beautifully done. We have our intake windows. These are not come on the piston, the bottoms been modified, the tops been modified. T And you can see the weight difference. I mean, once we get into the 240s, 230s, I mean, you're basically almost to the cast 70 millimeter piston that came in the mac And that's, it'somet And I mean, t And clearances are all set perfectly for our kit to our specs, not the general spec that, So t And we include instructions with all of our engine build stuff on break in procedure and gasket installation. So many people install t And there's two ways you could possibly install it incorrectly. So our paperwork, detailed instructions and pictures to show you how to put t And, So not a big deal here, but new hardware is always nice to have a lot of the factory studs have been taken in and out so many times that they are bent. And when you go to put on a tighter fitting cylinder head, And as you're tapping it to come down, the dome is falling out of the head. So new studs are definitely going to be a requirement here. We had these custom made for us in Germany. These are These include detailed instructions, we have the tools, affordable tools. If you don't have a stud installation tool, we have them in stock shows exactly what Loctite to use, how to put them in torque specs or theoretical torque specs, etc. All t If you start getting stuff at hardware stores, you end up with 15 or different size wrenches and then your torque wrench adapter for your cylinder base nuts doesn't work. So 14 millimeter wrench, 12 millimeter wrench. The production kit will come with or without a wrist pin bearing depending on if someone had just done a crank, or they're just doing a top end. T So that's why it was not laid out on the table when I had all the parts here because I'm getting ready to box all t And that's about it. So I mean, any questions? Let us know. We will be doing some pre-order stuff once we get some more information on t Start looking into avenues on doing it a little bit more affordably and sending stuff out in batches and bulk, and then we'll reach out to customers and get some pre-orders going and stuff There's a lot of other pieces to go along with t So basically, if you t It could be as simple as the air box. It could be the carburetor. It could be the intake. It could be the exhaust. So there's a lot of t So we are working on some new cylinder domes for the sprocket racing heads instead of recutting the factory head. That's one t And that's almost done actually. And we're also working on a new intake assembly. That's going to be a little bit different than anyt And then the big one is pipes. And I wish it was an easy t It is not. The more parts that people buy, the more support that we get, the more stuff that we can make, period.
