It started with taking apart my Mom's new digital watch when I was 3, then crash testing 3 tricycles before I was 5. Continuing my passion to understand, I gravitated toward science, math and engineering while also playing piano and enjoying the arts. Caring for people is part of my culture and heritage, as my mother is a teacher and father had a part-time vacation rental business. Having spent much time in customer service-related professions (garage door sales, waiter, customer support engineer) it was clear that business is #1 about care for people and #2 about products/services. I also knew I couldn't sell anything I didn't believe in and KNOW will work. Once I began to uncover secrets to how a car handles, I had to share my discoveries, via improved products or services, with others. It was easy to speak with authority and passion.
