Second video for the SNS Customs series and on t So here's actually mucked out it's going to be 780mm in width and the height is going to be 900mm. So that's the plan for now. I'm just going to show you what you need. You're going to need screws, the glue is optional. Obviously wood, the mine's already in the bin so I'll be ready to cut out. You can just use a normal saw. I've got t I'm going to show you why at the end of the video that you're going to need that. And so the 900mm is already pre-cut so let's get to work. So the wood is all cut for the spray booth now. All I'm going to do is assemble it. I'm getting ready to cut these side pieces here to make up the bottom and top box. Let's go. So you can see there's a top and bottom or vice versa. It doesn't really matter. Then you've got the long pieces so you just need to glue and screw that together then start assembling the upright position. Then a couple more pieces of wood down there with just assembling as it is. With t And pre-drilling just involves drilling a small pilot hole just so you don't force the screwing and the wood splits. And the countersink is where you take the countersink bit and it actually sinks t So that's another process we have to do. So that's what it looks T Some went in good some not. Okay he's just an overview of the progress. Haven't made much so far. My drill ran out and the battery is on charge so for now I'm just sitting around doing absolutely not But before I actually added some glue until the joints here and down into these corners just to support it on top of the screws as well. So yep wait until the drill battery to charge up. I'm just gonna make a stand for the bottom bit there and put all the plastic and the air duct on for the vacu So yep.
