Yet again, they're asking citizens to come out in full force and speak out against the site. We've had a lot of people that have come to us as a city and to my city council to ask questions. What happens if t What's going to happen to the economic side of Dell City? What's going to happen to our crime rates? What's going to happen to our police and fire response times? They say as the site at 1901 East Grand keeps appearing on the list, an emergency meeting was needed for the town. There is gossip running rampant. There's discussion of backdoor discussions. All these the goal of my administration as well as everybody on our city council is to demystify what happens in government. Government is not meant to be a secret. Now that location was resubmitted to commissioners at a lower price two weeks ago and as a formality they added it to the agenda. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday at 9 a. m.
