My name is Mosey Jimenez. I'm the owner and creator of Speed Lab Creations out here in Houston, Texas. What my company is, is a fabrication first company, which do horse induction, I mean catch cans, water tanks, air to waters, air to air, intercoolers. I mean, you name it. It's created from scratch. We're the guys to go to. We've been in business for about five and a half years now, running strong and, So what I have, it's a 1995 Chevrolet Camaro. It has a 2000 front end owner and it's a stock suspension, small car, which would be ran with a radio or slick. When I bought the car as a roller, I added some additional parts or bars and made the car a little bit better than what it was when I first got it. It'll be a single turbocharged car platform. We're using a LSX GM small block LS steel that we're doing and everything will be handmade. I think the only thing that won't be handmade is But as far as that, all the fabrication will be handled by us, our team. I have a vision for my race car, just What I wanted to do was kind of come out at it a little differently. I didn't want to do your simple kind of bolt on deal or, I wanted to make everything from scratch, be obviously unique, be different. Vibran Performance is a company who I've dealt with for many years and we kind of came across it, I wanted to just do something different and obviously be competitive and be the fastest. We use all their products, al I mean, pretty much anything and everything that they had to offer at the time. One of my favorite items that they have is the HD Clamps for all the piping and stuff. I've used those things. I love those things. That's probably my n Honestly, I haven't really touched any couplers for almost a year now. Every customer comes in here. That's the first thing I kind of face their attention to get that further in their car because it's just, it's awesome. It's awesome product and it works. Fast forward to now as a business owner, not just for my own personal cars, but I also push it to all my customers. For me, Vibran Performance is one of those companies that is very crucial as far as any bill that I do here. I love their quality. I love everything about what, They have a big list, big catalog of all these fabrication parts. As a fabricator, it's very easy to put a project together because, They pretty much have almost everything and makes it just my life easier when it comes to ordering. So when I went out to PRI this past 2018, what PRI is, is a big automotive trade show. I had the idea and the vision of what I wanted with my personal race car and I knew it was a little different. So I kind of pitched it to Vibran. They were looking to see who the candidate was for this year's 2019 PRI car to show in the booth for them. And it's a big opportunity in itself as far as basically showcasing what my shop can do, what we can turn out. So we sat there, we talked for a little bit, conversated with the guys there and they've helped me out in the past. We have a little bit of history. It kind of helps. And they've seen me develop throughout the years and what I've became as far as business owner and stuff. It was one of those deals that just kind of happened. Talk, they're going to send all their materials as far as stainless. I wanted to experiment with titani Since obviously it is exotic, so I wanted to do something pretty cool with it. I know people can benefit from us as far as, So PRI is in, I think it's the second week of December. The car is far along from that. We're going to cram a year worth of work. It's not just fabrication, the interior is pain. I mean, you name it, it's everything. Setting up the car, testing the car. I mean, there's a lot of stuff that is going on with the wiring. I mean, I can sit here and name the whole deal. So like the team at Speedlight Creation is ready to, We're going to pretty much compress a year's worth of work within five or four months, which already in July. So there's a lot of work ahead of us. We're excited, obviously nervous as well, but we're going to have to get everything ready to go and showcase it at PRI. So we're going to be doing a bunch of videos, Make sure to follow our pages and social media and keep up with our race car program. .
