Central Valley Auto Glass

My name is Aracely Valenzuela. I work here at Central Valley Auto Glass. Central Valley Auto Glass provides glass for American Ambulance, for Pinsky, for Harris Ranch, a lot of big companies and we also provide for our customers and we've been in business since 1991. You learn somet But here you learn something as far as for your cars, if your windows are broken you get to fix them yourself or the guys get to teach The reason I nominated Central Valley Auto Glass was honestly mainly for the manager Sally Valenzuela. She is an amazing individual who really genuinely cares about our youth, is always willing to give our youth a second chance, wants to show them the way and basically wants to set them up for success. The reason we want to It's a little bit of a challenge for them but the learning experience is really good for them and we show them discipline also and how to be here on time, just The people that train the youth that comes here is Junior and Louise. They're a big part of that and I just wanted to tell them thank you because they do an amazing job, they take that time to show them, to go through t So I just want to thank Louise and Junior for doing that. All four of my participants absolutely have loved working at Central Valley Auto Glass, not only for the skills that they have obtained but for the friendships they've made with their co-workers, the friendship that they've made with Sally, the things that they have learned from her, she treats them I feel I want them to leave here knowing that out there everybody is going to give you a chance if you want it and I also give them a little advice sometimes they can take it, sometimes they don't but I always try to teach them that every day is a good day and that every day that you wake up positive is going to be a positive day. And she really teaches our youth how to communicate in so many different ways with herself being the manager, with their co-workers, with the customers that are coming in. A lot of my participants come in nervous, they lack a lot of work experience but with Sally's help, guidance, mentors The impression that I want them to get from here is that they got a second chance, that somebody actually believes in them. That's the image that I want them to leave from here.
