University of Evansville Formula SAE is a diverse team of talented engineering students determined to get the most out of their educational experience. Through passion and commitment, students from varying majors collaborate as a team to market, design and build a formula style open-wheeled race car that competes in the annual Formula SAE competition at Michigan International Speedway. Each member contributes his or her skills in a specialized area of interest, such as engine development, chassis design and fabrication, suspension design, electronic controls, or fiberglass body fabrication. A dynamic team leader works to synchronize all of these efforts and create a unique vehicle that will proudly represent the University of Evansville in a field of over 120 universities from around the world
