Alright, here we are. T So it came in pretty much just an old 68-bug with a five-piece fiberglass kit on the front of it. And it had no motor and an old transmission we put a full cage from built a custom b As we walk around the car, the customer chose to use a swing axle, 57 out of a 57 bug stock. Keeps the gearing low. He's running a pretty big tire here but he's got some 31s he's going to throw on. It's for power here. Customer purchased a 1600 motor and dropped it off here. I've added the air box, the 90 and the K&N filter. There's a bracket that's going to go on there. We built the b There'some KYB shocks that are going to be installed in the rear as well. The rear cage connects to interior cage. Got a spout right here for the gas, cut into the actual roof here and there's a tube that goes through there. I'll show you once I get to the inside. It goes into a custom al T It's the dash. Retain the stock dash. Here we just rebuilt the whole pedal assembly. We removed the area where the handbrake is and welded the plate over that. The cage all ties into the beam up through the front. Through the front here as well. We cut out area here so you can get to the cable and the clutch and the throttle cable. Well actually the clutch with no problem without having to take out all the pedal assembly. You can just slip it in through there. The old foot brace. We just cut it and tack that in. Let'see here. Let's get to the other side. Yeah, so t Still got some torsion bars to put into the rear. You can see the cage has all the points connected to it for the belts. All of them are latched in, welded on, latched on. The rings are welded on. The seat belts are latched on with the cotter key. Got all four points coming from be The battery area. The wiring that we tied in to make a 12 volt. Actually get to remove the voltage regulator here. Some of the cage work. That's where the fuel comes in. Back be Gas tank is secure.
