About the Business: Boost Division LLC was founded by Michael Kessler (Mikey) in Virginia Beach, VA and is a military owned and operated business. Although the company is new, it’s staff isn’t and has a combined 60+ years of turbocharging experience! Boost Division is a company focused on boosted platforms like the GTR, Supra, Evo, WRX/STI and Focus RS for example. Although our master tech also builds F-22 Raptor engines for the Air Force but not many of our customers probably have their own fighter jet. Boost Division offers in house engine building services with a warranty, performance parts, OEM parts, fabrication, tuning and tech support. Two things are different about Boost Division: warranty and tech support and we mean what we say. Even if you purchased a product elsewhere and it is mind fucking you to the ends of the earth, give us a call and we will assist you. Boost Division was designed to be a business for the community not for our customers only. Boost Division is also NOT designed to be a business focused solely on profits nor will it give its customers a serial number. It is designed to be an enabler to further enhanced our performance community. The owners’ desire is to provide the community with what other companies do not. The problem with shops is that shops tend to think they know it all, right? Well Boost Division does not know it all, who does? What is unique about Boost Division though, is that we stand behind our products and customers. If we fuck something up, we will make it right. We will stand behind our products and services like no other company in the community. Boost Division carries the highest of quality products at the best prices around. We look forward to working with you and building a long-term relationship. About the Owner: Mikey was previously with Spec-Ops Motorsports in Fayetteville, NC. He was in the Evo community from 2006-2013 and designed the first Evo single scroll stock appearing turbine housing, was one of the first few individuals to run a 2.4LR and has broken multiple word records. Mikey was also an EvoM moderator for years and was known as BLKCarbonEVO. Now Mikey owns a GTR and has forgotten what it feels like to use his left foot. Mikey has a phenomenal business model and has ran other business in the past. One key aspect that sets him apart from other business owners is that he will NOT be taking a profit from the business. Let that resonate for a minute. So why start a business you might ask? Great question! What you have with Boost Division is a full staff of enthusiasts all with different backgrounds and experiences, but one thing that remains the same amongst all employees is that this is our hobby, not just a job. Mikey offering to not take a paycheck from the business enables more money to go back into the business to help it grow quickly in order to offer the best services to his customers. Makes sense right? Many people in the car community know Mikey and if you don’t know him already you will get to know him. He has a desire to meet and/or speak with every customer that does business with Boost Division. Customer service is important to him and he believes that good customer service begins with the business owner.
