My name is Cam Warren and I'm the new car sales manager here at Hendrick BMW. Years ago I was living in Roanoke, Virginia and I had just been a couple years at a college and looking outside of the area trying to move to a place where I could expand my knowledge. I decided to seek Charlotte and came down and met with a few different dealers They all offered me the position right on the spot. I went home, packed my bags and three days later came back, moved to Charlotte and started at BMW. I have been with Hendrick just a little over 16 years now. Previously for 15 of the last 16 years I was in sales. I was the new car sales leader for 13 out of those 15 years and as of 2017 recently took over the new car department. Maintaining customer relations Maintaining that friends And being that t A couple years ago a client of mine called me, very good customer, been buying with us for many years. Decided to take Had a great weekend down there and on the way back after leaving late at night to head back to Charlotte about 45 minutes to an hour outside of Charleston the customer That customer was on the side of the road and due to the time of day it was around rush hour. The roadside assistance ve I then contacted our Charleston location and t Roadside service then picked up their automobile and then the very next day the customer had a brand new tire put on their automobile and was back on the road before noon the very next day. The customer was able to get back to some business meetings that he had and was extremely grateful that not only us but the entire Hintrick organization worked together as a team to take care of this customer after hours after the fact that he had already picked up the automobile and that is the single handed n I would say my favorite BMW would be the 2001 750 Li. When I first started here in 2001 driving t It is now a timeless classic. So please come check us out at
