Our base bumper is constructed from a sheet of 3/16" plate steel, each piece cut out as its' own, so there is no press braking to ensure maximum strength. Then each piece is jigged into place and fully hand welded from the inside, out, grinded to a smooth, but strong finish then coated with our "Black Shield" coating. We take the extra time to fully weld our bumpers unlike other bumper companies that press brake most of the bumper and stitch weld in only a few places, our bumpers are made to be used and abused not just to look pretty.
Okay, Iron Bowl B We just finished the JL New Rear B We have the only JL Rear B That's why the tire is up here. We need to make a bigger tire carrier to accommodate that. It has a Class 5 hitch that's all welded into the b It'll come with square light cutouts, not the light standard, but the cutouts will be there. You can order with or without the backup sensors w It didn't have any problems with that. We also took the D-Rings and we made a block so that you can tip the D-Ring upside down and put a high lift jack in there without scratching the b All the other ones that I see are lower and when you do that it scratches everyt Welded this to the top of the b As well as we put an extra plate here as a gusset to reinforce it. There's over 3-8s of plate steel just on t It's not going to go anywhere. On the bottom here we can show you the winch inside there. The winch is all mounted up in there. You can see that. You just take off the muffler because that big giant t What I would do if t You can see it's all bolted in here and when you take out that cross member in there, the t When you open the door there's no latches you'll notice to it. It's a one touch swing is what it's called. So you just open your door and there's no weight on the door itself. It's all on the 12 ton trailer bearing kit there that's mounted there and that's what holds it all together. That's where all the weight is at and of course t Most people don't use 40s but we built this b We also made a bracket to hold your license plate mostly because we got the backup cameras now w So t You'll get this plate when you order the b All these parts will come in it. The wire is long enough so you don't have to cut any wires. You can see over here. So it just feeds right through the door. All the wires are be I didn't have a that's all the parts are going to be with your stock Jeep. And t You put two bolts in here and then the Sorry again I don't have a We do that on the JK also.
