Quality is something we are passionate about here at Jorgen Automotive. Our testing protocol includes the assignment of unique serial numbers for each unit we produce. We also serial number each unit and record and store all of the data generated during testing. Most GM units are shipped filled with fluid, helping avoid the very common problems related to air being suspended in the fluid. Along with extensive leak and torque testing, each unit receives three additional documented quality inspections. We have remanufactured steering gears and rack & pinions for over 30 years, and each unit comes with a lifetime replacement warranty (as long as your client owns the vehicle), and we cover up-to $150 in labor coverage for the first year, in the case of a manufacturing defect. We normally ship via UPS or FedEx the same-day, or at most, the day after an order is placed. Our preferred interchange method is by getting both the application and the original equipment part number if possible –VIN’s are helpful too on later apps. Each unit comes with a pre-paid return trip label for the core via either UPS or FedEx.
