Wilwood Engineering designs and manufactures high-performance disc brake systems. Since our founding in 1977, we have developed a substantial matrix of brake components and engineering techniques that allow us to quickly and reliably create brake systems for almost any application. Our core ability is the rapid development of custom engineered brake systems using a combination of off-the-shelf and custom components. In addition to designing and manufacturing brakes for all types of competitive motor sports, Wilwood also manufactures brake systems and components for agricultural equipment, industrial applications, utility vehicles, snowmobiles, quads, motorcycles and military vehicles. Wilwood employs approximately 250 people at our Camarillo, California facility. We have on-shelf stock of over 300 different brake calipers, 200 rotor designs, 100 master cylinder designs and a wide assortment of brackets, fittings, valves and brake lines. Our off-shelf brake calipers range in size from tiny calipers used on go-carts and light duty industrial equipment, to heavy duty original equipment brakes for the U.S. military Humvee. Our engineering department uses the latest computer aided design and manufacturing techniques in conjunction with finite element analysis, dynamic test and cycle test equipment, to find high-performance and reliability solutions to the most difficult braking tasks. Our extensive inventory of proprietary on-the-shelf components permit us to provide very cost-effective solutions to unique brake applications. Hey everybody, we're here at SEMA 2023. We've got a brand new booth. We're super excited to show it off to everybody. The first day, Halloween. It's going to be a great day. We'really looking forward to it. Want to walk you through and show you some of the new stuff. So this year we've made all of our displays for all the break kits. They're going to be a lot taller so that they match our tables. This way we're going to have a little bit more uniformity throughout the booth and get this stuff up closer to you so you can see it better. We've got all of our spindles. Those were front break kids spindles. We've got our fluids and controls, pedal assemblies. Back up towards the front on this side we've got our racing calipers, our street calipers. We've got a brand new color that we're introducing. It's going to be the Miami Teal. A new product base for us that we're just launching and getting started on is our OE replacements. So these are going to be factory replacement rotors and an SRP drilled and slotted street performance models, E-Coded Black. This is going to be street replacement along with all of the brake pads. Our trusted EXP 600 fluid and 570 fluid and steel braided lines for direct replacement on OE applications. Coming back here we've got our truck hoop. It's going to have our big 16 inch, 2500, 3500 brake kit. All of our UTD offerings are Aero DM which has been doing really well. We've got some other findings This is going to be factory replacement stuff. So Our C5, C6 stuff, all bolt on replacement. Something that's new from us last year is Porsche 911, front and rear. Coming back over to here this is going to be our new product section. So new products this year are going to be the TRX 16 inch TX6 brake kit, late model Bronco, front Honda Talon, Porsche 914. Yes I said 914 Porsche, front and rear but the front is on the display. Another one that's been really hot and we've been working diligently on is OBS trucks. So 88 to 98 rear dr We've got the 12 and 316s 4 piston on display but we've also got 13 and 14 inch applications to go along with our front drop spindles for those trucks. Over here is something that a lot of people don't know what we do a ton of is OEM military applications. So you can see that this is going to be for Here's another application for an LC 300, LC 70. This is all stuff that people don't realize that we do a lot of and we do a lot of it in our new Aero DM application. Over here we've got all of our rear street performance brake kits. We've got the electric parking brake on display. MC4, a typical stock replacement dr And then lastly, it's funny for SEMA, we do way more street stuff on display but at SEMA we do not that much of our racing stuff which is really where we come from. So at PRI it'll be a complete switch around. It'll be mostly racing in very little street. And then, let's finish everything off, something that's new for us this year is this new back ball. And we've got a video that we've created that shows how to make a caliper, literally from start to finish. So we're super proud of the video. We made it in-house.
