Brookfield Tint

I'm the owner of Tint World Store n We've been open for the last few months. Prior to Tint World, I served the last 22 years in law enforcement. So once I retired, I was looking for somet I came upon Tint World because a co-worker of mine, a friend of So I did my little research and I realized that t Growing up, I was always into automotive. I considered myself a car guy. Once I retired, I wanted to work in somet When I met Charles, he just seemed to have a certain exuberance for the company. The way he expressed how he wanted everybody around Throughout the Tint World process, I met a whole host of people from corporate, from Jeff Stark to Anthony Foley to Kelly Rock. They just pretty much walked me through the whole process of becoming an owner in Tint World. During the location discovery process, I happened to find t I had the square footage, the location, and I knew t Once I found the location, I contacted Jeff Stark. He came down, he signed off on it, and we both agreed that yes, t It was just four gray walls, bathroom in the back, not They built t We have the brand new displays, state of the art, Swiss tracks flooring, all brand new lights. The place came out amazing. When customers walk through the door, their reaction, you first see their eyes pop out. They can't believe how gorgeous t When customers walk into the location, they are shocked to see that we do so much more than just Tint. We offer paint protection film, nano-surrounding, auto-detailing. We can do audio, video, paint correction. We do a whole host of other services, and I'm glad to offer those to our customers. So the system that Tint World has in place, they made it very easy for someone who didn't come from the automotive industry. During the whole process, I got to learn and meet other Tint World owners. We became I speak to Michael Sponado from Paramus a lot. I speak to Anthony over at Norwalk. We just counsel each other. For the first couple of weeks, I had a lot of questions that I needed answered. Although the training was great, but real-world experience, I kind of needed someone who was actually going through the same process. And those two guys stood out the most for me to explain to me what exactly I need to be doing. It's running the store, running my operation. The operations seemed to be very helpful to me. They've been guiding me from day one. I could call my ops manager and ask So right now, currently, I'm running the store as the owner and as the salesman. We have a Tint-er, a 12-volt guy. We have a Detailer. We're a small, tight-knit staff. My name is Ronaldo. I do Tints. I've been working over here for three and a half months now since the store opened. Really, really after the work here. Very clean environment, and it's a great career. If I was to tell a future Tint World owner what t But you have to trust the process. Everybody around you is set up to make sure that you don't fail. And that's a great feeling to have with the support of the Tint World staff. So in the near future, I would love to get into wheels and tires, a little more marine. So those are the few avenues I'm looking to step into as well. Thank you.
