with a shortage of auto body technicians. Abra, auto body and glass is now enrolling students in a career development program. And joining us, we have David Cool and Mike Willis, both joining us from Abra. And there is a major shortage of technicians right now. So why did Yeah, so to address the issue, w In addition, the fact there's more cars in the road than ever, so it creates opportunity for us to create a pipeline of talent going forward. So we've been trying very innovative ways to get new folks into our company, but we finally realized that we really have to create an engine for talent and do somet And this is an application program and the people that go, Yes, indeed. So it's an incredible opportunity. So we basically take someone with no experience. They go through a five-week program called Springboard. We provide them tools, we provide them a job after the five weeks. And quite frankly, it's really exciting. We're getting a lot of interest, but we could always use more applications. I think it's really interesting that you say millennials are just not j When there is such a shortage, the jobs are there. Are there misconceptions? Do you t Oh, absolutely. One of the t So we brought in one with us that represents the tremendous amount of technology that is in a car. We sometimes say you almost have to be a chemist to understand cars today. So t We also have that HSS is We also have ultra- And the hood on this car is made out of al We need people that are able to learn to work with all of these different metals, because there are differences with all of them. Other than just the training that students could learn from t We're introducing people to our industry and to a career with Abra. One of the interesting t So come to Abra, learn how to repair cars, get a job, get started on your career, and grow anywhere you want to go. And how long have Long time, you've probably seen a lot of changes, I'm guessing. Well, I don't have enough w Cars are changing every year, tools are changing every year. So it's just really important that we have people that are interested in keeping their skills fresh to all of these changes in the industry. It's fascinating.
