As many of Because of that, we are always looking for new, more efficient ways for you to import your Dream Car and one of those methods is the auction process. I sat with James Ogden, the general manager of Ribsuit Imports, to speak more about how t So, the process in and of itself is really not that complicated. We're talking about basically three basic steps. First step being obviously the customer comes to us and basically lets us know what they want. Whatever it is, year and make, model, condition, mileage, color, add-ons, etc. And then we go from there. The second step is basically establis And a lot of that is driven by our past and previous experiences with seeing what these cars usually go for at auction. So we do a little bit of expectation management in that realm. But it's very easy to, and it's happened quite often before in the past, to get something Typically the price of that car, fair market, landed and titled, out the door with all the fees is around $22,500. Using the auction process, we found that we can actually do all that, land and title the ve I've seen very nice GTRs go at auction, land and title, get all fees are included here from anywhere between $15,000 and $18,000. So obviously you can see there's a- For GTR. For GTR. So obviously you can see there's a great reduction in price. The that money is then transferred to us, and then at that point that triggers us to go to auction for the customer. Basically those are the three steps. So pretty much a customer is like, hey, this is my max bid, and you pretty much just go from there and you find them the car and everything, like hey, this is the car that you want to go for and they just give a th Basically yeah, so we establish what the outdoor price is going to be and then we work backwards. Everyt So that's basically how it goes. So I mean t It seems a little risky I guess. So the risk, it's really put on us. We are 100% licensed and bonded and insured dealers So if the car shows up and it's not what was conveyed to the customer, if there was an issue, let'say for instance, I that basically means that you need to have to rebuild that t You're talking about several thousand dollars. If that occurs and it was not previously identified, then that is somet We replace that motor. We fix that motor. If the car does not, we promise And the car shows up as condition B, we make it A where the customer gets their money back. So it's the same concept as when people buy cars from us already. It's just now it's just two or different way of buying the car. Correct. But we still take care of the car. Correct. There is a perceived risk that's not there because again, we are 100% licensed, bonded, and insured dealers So the customer is 100% safe. Either way they go. Whether they buy through our standard source or in stock inventory or have us as their acting agent in an auction situation. The entire process, the customer is 100% protected. Let'say for instance, another potential nightmare issue. Let'say, and t If something Again, the customer is 100% protected. They're going to get their refund or we're going to go back to them and find another similar car for them. Another t Let'say we landed and titled it for $9,000. That customer then receives that $1,000 back or they can actually apply to store credit. If they want to get the car here and they want to put new tires on it. Services, everything from our paint and body work to our just standard maintenance stuff, oil change, belts, things Or if they want to do an engine rebuild, a performance setup or somet Which a lot of people, so for A lot of people don't even realize that, yeah, we import cars and yes we have parts but we actually have certified technicians that work on these cars. We do it all the time. We take care of every car that ever comes through here. People always get belts changed, fluids changed, whatever. You have that option. We'll let We're the only one in the country that does that. We're the only one. Even in the case that let'say we go out of business or somet What happens then? Again, because we're bonded and shared through the state of Florida, that really doesn't matter. We're not going out of business obviously. We grow. We're not going out of business.
