Obviously, lots of manpower and womenpower are put into it and how people can help out the most, right? Right. I always They dedicate in 2024 over 18,000 hours. Wow. For volunteer hours a day on average, we put out over 3,000 pounds of food to those in need. We're feeding about 25 families over 70 people a day. In a community It really is, but it's there. And I t And when I saw the graph, a $19 an hour job is still not enough financially based on the cost of everyt It kind of forces people to decide what's more important in their life. If you have a c A lot of our jobs aren'that Transportation is expensive. There's just a lot of costs associated with it. It's hard for people to see hunger. It's That food insecurity is No one chooses to be food insecure. One thing, I'm going to argue that hunger is 24-7. However, we are busier during the holiday seasons. Not only do people not want to be food insecure, they also don't want to have to rely on the food shelf. So we'll see about 4,000 different people a year, and a lot of them don't come every month. People that might come once every three months, and they try to stretch it and make it work. And I'll ask them why. They say, well, I still have food in my cupboard. Until their cupboard is bare, they don't want to come here. The best t And, They're just trying to handle it on their own. And I t And that's making sure people don't go hungry, especially the kids that are involved, too, that really don't have a choice. They don't. And that's the hardest part, is to watch hungry c And how excited they are about an apple. And as a community, I have to say that the support is amazing. Learn about what it takes to feed the hungry in your community. And I can't stress too much that t You don't see people that are hungry. You might see them not as energetic as you would A lot of times that's because they don't have enough food to eat. Well, I appreciate you letting us in your home here. And again, t I guess sometimes the awareness is raised in different levels. And I feel Here at Alk Motors, our plan is to support outreach as much as possible. And I hope It's our community. It's the people we see every day. And Bernice is very passionate, very involved. And there's a lot of work that's put into t I don't So thank you for all you do.
