Elite Window Tinting

We've been here at Elite Window Tinning for about five years. The business has been well established for about 22 years. I have two tinters, Eric and Robert. We cater to retail as well as commercial, we do about 180 to 200 cars a month. Half of those would be dealers And we also do about 15 to 20 flat glass jobs a month. We switched to the Hanita film. And the reason we did that is because we started to have some issues with it. We found that it really wasn't standing up to the climate here in North Queensland. It's hot all year round and So decided to have a go with Hanita films because we've been using it for about three months. So it'so far so good it's been positive from customers. We're just going to show you the installation of Omega Plus 35. They It's a good charcoal look. The dealers have been happy with it. The tinters particularly They find that it's easy to shrink. The application of the film is also easy. The feel of it, the UPF of 50 Plus matches it with the motor one who seemed to kind of have a market on that cancer council approved film. We custom fit the tint to the windows. Just gives a closer fit to the top of the window with a bevel cut. Other tinters prefer to cut first and push up to the top of the window. The color of the film is somet If I have given them a choice out of using the Omega Plus 35 or another film just to see what their reaction is, most of them have gone for the Hanita film. The one t Once you get used to it, it's fine. Eric's done thousands of screens in Been in the business for about 15 years, so he's gotten used to not getting too close or too hot. You can see how easy that's taking shape, how quick it is. So now we've finished molding the rear screen. We're now prepared to put it on the inside. Being an easy product to work with means we've got less wastage of the film and speeds the process up so that we can get these dealer cars out of here because dealers, as many tinters know, that deal with them can be pretty demanding. Squeezing is another area where the boys have found it easy. Smooth doesn't stick to the film. Now just check the outside for any spears and areas where we need to put a bit more heat. We've done a couple of rear screens using the Sigma Pro. The difference there is the Sigma Pro is more suited to ve Sigma Pro has a nano coating along with UV stabilizers so that you don't get the dye or the color changing to purple. So you've got a nice, sharp, kind of charcoal look for a longer period of time. A product such as Amiga Plus means efficiency in the workplace faster turnover. OK, so the car's finished now.
