Fender rolling is required when putting bigger wheels/tires and/or when putting lowering suspension on your car. This will prevent your tires from destroying your fenders and your fenders from destroying your tires. Without rolling your fenders, you can incur serious costs related to body work as well as tire replacements. Rolling the fenders flattens the lip of the fender so that the tires can tuck underneath the fenders without obstruction. This process requires a professional fender rolling tool and a high quality heat gun. With these tools, you are able to do the job with little risk of paint damage. Although paint cracking cannot always be avoided, it is almost never happens so long as patience and the correct amount of heat is applied. I have been rolling fenders on cars steadily since about 2007. I have experience with just about every car out there and every fender out there.
