Universal Air Suspension

Today we're going to talk about one of my favorite companies, Universal Air here in California. Great people, great product, all made in the USA. This is, believe it or not, not all of what they offer, but this is a lot of their typical airbags that they have for choices, and I'm going to run through some of them to show you what they have. This is the AirHouse Micro Airbag. It is only 4. 75 inches wide. This is great for sticking into tight areas that you can't get an airbag. Many of these are used on, say, an import car. This is the AirHouse Mini. It is only 5. 25 inches wide. Again, getting into those tight areas typically on an import car. This is an AirHouse 2. These are fantastic airbags. I would say it's kind of in between a 2500 and a 2600, but it's more of a Swiss Army knife. I love these because these collapse to 2 inches. Most other typical airbags are going to collapse to about 2. 75 or even 2. 9, so these are great to shove into an area that needs to collapse a lot. These are a nice cheat code for G-bodies, the front of C-10 pickup trucks when they're going to use stock suspension. These are pretty cool for a lot of applications. This is their double play. Again, this is kind of in between the 2500 and 2600. This, as you can see, versus the AirHouse 2, it's going to lift a lot more. It's going to collapse not as much as an AirHouse 2. Also a great fit for the rear vehicles or sometimes the front of full-size vehicles where this isn't going to cut it. Moving on to probably their most important airbag and to me, the most valuable thing that Universal offers, that is their air suspension bag that can be used on a McPherson style strut. As you can see, this is just a cutaway, clearly not how it comes delivered. Through the middle is a hole, so it's kind of These can be put on struts. There's a top bracket and a lower bracket, and then the strut just runs its way through the middle. These are so nice. It saves money on a lot of installations If you have a full-size vehicle, you can run up to their larger power sport. It'similar, just more diameter. More diameter means less PSI to lift more weight. Full-size Chevy Silverados and whatnot, you can use these on those struts. This is a double play bag. Where you have a Deja Vu, I know we just talked about one, but check this out. Also available for struts. I've even seen special setups that they had at SEMA that were running on side-by-sides. These can be used on struts where you're going to need more stroke, and they have different characteristics, of course. If you can believe it, they have even more than what I just showed you. They're just a great company that offers so many things. Their solution series struts are great. Their Aero Leaf they just released is pretty amazing and very ingenious. We love using them.
