Rick's Powder Coating

Powder coating is a new way of applying a coating to metal surfaces. It's done electrostatically. You see powder coating in a lot of places that you probably don't realize you do. A lot of lawn furniture is powder coated. Rod arm fencing, file cabinets, your desk that you might sit be T Once it'sprayed, we then put it over here in the oven. Then once they come out of the baking process, we just pull them out in the shelf floor to cool down. These parts are ready for customers to pick them up. In the back building, we have a more streamlined procedure where it's mainly all new parts. They clean the part, they degrease the part, and they put a sealer on the part. Not Once it goes through the washer, it goes through a dry off oven. Once it goes out of the dry off oven, the two guys in the powder booth apply the powder. We're applying powder to shelving. Once the powder is on, they take the short strides over to the oven. Then they enter into the curing oven. They're going to go through the baking process. They're in there approximately 20 minutes at 400 degrees. These are the finished products. As they're coming out, they're extremely hot. As they make t It's a lot more durable, environmental friendly. Your waste will immediately hit the ground and you can sweep it up and dispose of it properly instead of it just being floating in the air I have both capabilities to do a small piece or a large order. We're a one-stop shop. We can do our own in-house blasting. We can do one part or multiple parts. And we also do large parts. We have a large oven that can take a part that's up to 8 foot wide, 8 foot tall, and 28 foot long.
