Making your imagination a reality!

Here Chris is working on some King's Desert gun stocks today along with a bunch of barrels we've already done. Film sits on the water for a minute which helps soften up the carrier and then after a minute the buzzword will go off, he'll spray an activator on it which then dissolves all the carrier leaving just the ink floating on the water. The activator also attacks the painted part opening the pores in the paint which allows the ink to be absorbed into the paint making it part of the paint which that way it doesn't add any more millage onto the finished product. This is the activator. This is another way that we achieve being able to do the 100 gun stocks a day. We actually get film ready getting ready for the next gun stock while the other one is activating. We put tape on the end and in the barrel channel for a damming so that way the film doesn't wrap up and around. So there's one camouflage stock. And there it goes over to our freshwater rink washer which just rinses off all the carrier, the PVA. As you can see we've already done almost 20 gun stocks. At this point this new film has already been on the water for 50 seconds. Generally we'll keep playing the film So there you go. Two gun stocks in less than two minutes. The team here at OHG. There's no way we could do it without the Stay tuned.
