I decided in 2001 that it just wasn't being done right. Our focus is quality and customer service. So you come to 503 motoring expecting the best and that's what we deliver every time. We deal with people who want quality and are willing to pay for it. So a lot of people ask us who is your customer? Our customer is the guy that wants a little bit more than the normal person. He wants the job done right the first time and God forbid if it's not, he wants to know that service is going to be there to handle it on the back end. We offer wheels and tires, paint protection film obviously, window tint, body kit, styling, mild performance. We don't do any engine internals or anything So a lot of our stuff is bolt on but our focus is more aesthetics than performance. We chose Expel first and foremost because of the amount of patterns It was easier and we thought that the future of the paint protection industry was really installing kits, not the bulk work. We Obviously made us far more efficient if we needed to go out and do mobile installs and Expel had exactly what we needed when we needed it. We stayed with Expel because we never really had a problem. If there was an issue, if there was a kit missing, if there was a billionaire, anyt We made some really good friends with the Expel team as well too w I'm very, very happy with the product.
