I had a mechanic working in my shop a couple of years ago and he quit and he has He'sending heavy jobs to my shop and every time he sends a heavy job, I give Depends on the amount of ticket and he's happy. Inspection sheet and referral sheet are so, so important. Tell them, hey, if I will give you a gift too. I'll send you a check or I'll send you a gift card or I'll give you a free old changer. People see it, people read it all the time and customer call me, hey, you have a great reviews, I read it. Let's fix my car too. I can trust you because you need to have some sort of public proof for your business. So people can prove t He can fix your car and take care of your car. Otherwise, you need to keep spending money on advertising and advertising is costly. Be honest with you, we did not have single person to call us because of their app. But every person that we serve their car and fix their car, they felt we are a professional and legit business. If they have a wrap or not, if you have a wrap and you show up to customer house, yeah, you're a legit business. You're already done. That's a good business.
