There are several things that are different between a collision center and a certified collision center. There is significant investment in being a certified repair facility. It takes a lot more work. It takes a lot more expense to run a certified collision center. First and foremost, we're investing in people. We're investing in training. We're investing in equipment. These vehicles and these brands change constantly. We're certified in all our brands that we care here at Onthorpe. We're constantly working on educating our technicians, our staff. We have trainings that we do every month. When we get into certifications, it is very intense. We don't just piece things together and make it look pretty. In this industry, you can really hide a lot of things. We work directly with our manufacturers, so we are going to repair your vehicle based on what the manufacturer requirements are. They hold us accountable. They'll come in and do a walk-through to make sure we're not just making this stuff up. It holds us to a much higher standard throughout the repair process. You've got to be ready to invest in your people, the equipment, the facility, and we've done that.
