With a combined 46 years of experience in the auto body collision repair business, Frank Lofrano and his son Tony, opened for business at 1745 Divisadero Street, San Francisco in July 1974. In just a few months time, their workload demanded that they hire a third body technician to handle the needs of the rapidly growing business. Soon after, Tony's younger brothers, Jim and Fred joined the team. It was a time when most work was done by hand and long before estimating and management system computerization. We've come a long way.Over 35 years later, the next generation is bringing new energy into the business with Tony's sons Aaron and Josh in management positions. The organization consists of three repair facilities and an Estimating Center in San Francisco and two full-service repair facilities in San Rafael. Currently, the F. Lofrano and Son team is comprised of over 80 employees, with seven family members in the business.
