We're one of the few shops in San Francisco that utilizes t It's designed to capture primer overspray and any sort of dust that's created in these two systems are fantastic systems. What that does is it actually measures the components that are in that paint so that we're able to accurately mix the paint. We mix all the paint on site. These booths are manufactured by Nova Verda. They're Italian made, distributed out of Spokane, Was They're the finest booths money can buy. They are 31 feet long, a little bit longer than most body shops use. They have superior lighting. They have turbulent air systems. And for the clear coat application, That allows Let me show you where we mix the paint. T We use t Once the painter's done painting your car, he has to clean T When the painter's done using his solvent, he cleans the gun and the waste thinner is actually p We capture the solids in a condensed form and guess what? We reuse the t What happens is the waste thinner is actually p If you look inside, the waste thinner goes in there, then we seal the top, we hit start, and the clean thinner is actually p All that's left is the solids. It takes us over a year to acc In keeping environmentally compliant, we capture all of our waste sandpaper. Anyt We're in full compliance in t It's the department where we clean up your ve Our polisher is going to carefully check your paint for any flaws in the clear coat. He's going to be able to nib those down and polish it out so that it's as good as new.
