My name is Bruce Hansen and 1988 with my wife, we started Great Plains Auto Body and we're celebrating our 25th anniversary in business. When I turned 40, we decided that if I'm going to make the j His previous boss said, oh, I don't know, 7,500 feet, that's what were releasing. That's a pretty big shop and within two years we added on another 2,000 feet. When we got our first building on Grover as an owned building, it was 17,000 feet. We expanded on Grover Street, we had a major remodel. Then we started the Shopping Council Bluffs. We added the Council Bluffs location in 2007. It was a timing thing, We got the right deal on the building. I had the right people in place, technician-wise, administrative-wise and that's been a real success also. And then two years ago we bought performance collision repair. That's out on 109th anemic. We're actually adding on to that location already. Everything seems to fall into place, Take care of the customers, take care of your employees. Try not to lose sight of kind of the big picture, We've always tried not just to satisfy them, but to do their repairs and treat them It's corny, but Treat your customers right, treat your employees right, because the employees are your background. We have so many employees who've been with us 10 years or more. I mean, I've got employees that have retired from Great Plains. Our employees are everything. If they work hard and we work hard, we're success. We couldn't have all of this and do all of this without them. Who actually makes this business a success? I'm a small part of that, Mom and Dad are a small part of that. Our employees are a big part of that. Our customers are a huge part of that. So we've got to take care of both those fronts and then in turn they'll take care of us. You see all of these people out here today and we're supporting 60 families. That's a success.
