Dave's Auto Body Co. is a collision repair facility that is family owned and operated since 1974. The staff at Dave's primary goal is to offer the best customer experience during the repair process. We at Dave's know that having a vehicle repaired is not exactly a fun experience but usually quite the opposite. Our focus is to take the stress and worry out of the repair process by handling any and all types of claims for our customers. Anything from a door ding to full frame replacement our staff is up for any challenge and happy to assist.
I'm General Manager of Dave's Auto Body at Green Chevrolet in East Bowling, Illinois. We also have our original location, Dave's Auto Body in Galesburg, in both of our locations are partner shops with Smart Express. And it's my pleasure here to tell you about what my experience has been. The Galesburg store has been with Smart Express since prior to Labor Day of 2020. We came on board just a little bit after up here in East Bowling. So let me tell you a little bit about what I've seen and why I t And certainly there's a profit motive to it as there always is. And I can tell you that they've delivered 100% on those. It's nice to have a little bit of margin built in for your pre and post scans, your calibrations. And I would say that's the smallest part of the value that they offer, although it's not insignificant. But I want to tell you what the biggest t What they offer and what they have delivered on in our time partnering with them has been knowing that we've done the absolute maxim The complexity in my opinion is just too hard to handle for somebody You really need a professional and that's what they offer. So what they've offered for us is somebody on site with us. Really acting as an extension of our organization, I would say our technicians through Smart Express and our own technicians at Dave's Auto Body work more We don't even really view them as a sublet vendor. And we're able to do t And as we all know in the collision repair business, that ball moves quite a bit, it's moved quite a bit and we'll continue to move. But also secondly, be able to doc So I could not recommend Smart Express enough from my experience. I really feel as though you'd be making a mistake if you didn't consider partnering with them if you're serious about repairing cars in the 21st century and doing it right.
