He also orders the parts and does the quality control on the end of the job. I think what sets us apart from other body shops is we build up a relationship with our customers and I also update the customers, give them calls and let them know how the repairs are coming on their car throughout the repair so that they know exactly what's going on with their car while it's in the body shop.
