Being a body tech is kind of a dying art and we're always looking for young guys. They saw a potential for me to become a good technician for them. They were willing to invest a lot of time into me. We're constantly doing some sort of training, be it iCar, be it our welding certifications, certified al Not a lot of places have all of the things that we do here and I think it does also make your job easier knowing that you have the tools that the manufacturers have. Most of the technicians here have been doing it a long time, I mean 20 years plus. That kind of experience is unsurpassed, it's hard to find that anywhere else in town. It's very gratifying what you accomplish because when you see one that'smashed up and what you can turn it into when you're done with it, doing it the way the manufacturer requires you to do it. And the backing that we have here with our owner and the management and so forth and with our training, you will progress quite well and earn a good living and be able to support your family. I But what I've come to appreciate over the years of me being here is the people that are really here. Everybody's really close, it's a good environment, it's been a blessing to be here. To me it's kind of Good atmosphere, we're busy, it's a good place to work. If you want to come to a shop that people get along and are not at each other's throats this is the place to come. Everyone here helps me out, any questions I have they'll answer them. Mainly the reason I've stayed here for so long is just because I feel You don't necessarily have to go to college in order to have a good career and make decent money. A good tech can make a hundred thousand dollars share easily. Obviously you won't start out with that amount of money but you can always work up to that. The pay scales there, the benefits are there, they treat us good. We are generous when we pay our employees, we have benefits, we have pay time off, insurance, 401k matching. We have all those things and we're treated I firmly believe that this is the best place to work. It's just a great place to grow your career. Almost everybody in here started cleaning cars, picking up trash, just doing minimal things and now we've all advanced up through the years. If It's a wrap! It's a wrap?
