Sylvestre’s Autobody is a family-owned Business that is owned and operated by John Sylvestre. John started building cars in High School and has always had a love for old iron. In the late 80’s, he specialized in mechanical and suspension work and began performing frame-off restorations. After earning a Technical Degree in Autobody and Paint technology, John worked in a local body shop as an automotive Painter for 10 years and learned all of the techniques in Body and Paint work before he opened his own business. In 2004, John followed his dream and established Sylvestre’s Autobody. John recently made the decision to join the Eugene Business Community in order to better serve his customers. With over 20 years in the industry and multiple show winners of his own, John specializes in frame off Restorations. His work includes cars and trucks from all era’s from the 1920’s through 1970’s.
