In 1993 Keith Shapiro our CEO began working as a technician in the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) industry. PDR was very new technology without many standardized procedures and techniques. He took note that there was a need for an industry standard, a standard every PDR customer should expect from their PDR service. During Keith's 1st 10 years in the industry he became a Certified Master Technician, and eventually a Certified Master Trainer. He began training technicians from companies around the world, teaching them the latest hail repair techniques, and insuring a higher standard of quality workmanship. In 2005, after over a decade Keith decided to start his own business, Factory Finish PDR Inc. Taking the best of what he had learned, through his time spent as a Certified Master Tech and Trainer in the industry, from other technicians, and most importantly from the customers to create the Factory Finish PDR Inc Paintless Dent Repair Program. Keith continues to hold Factory Finish's Technicians and contractors to the highest of standards to make your experience as stress free and effortless as possible.
