I'm Rob on the job, Big Sky Collision Center with Matt. I am so excited to be on the leadership team here at Big Sky Collision Center. Rob, we're excited to have you here. You're going to see behind the scenes what the leaders do in our company. I'm so excited. Let's get started. This is going to be fun. Well, Rob, this is pretty exciting. We've got something called electronic checklist. Our employees go through on their cell phone and they pull the repair procedures and they take photos of all the processes through. That way we can send it into the manufacturer and they can check on us, make sure they're fixing the car the way they intended us to do it. Wow, that is a lot of attention to detail here. That's right, Rob, but that's your job. So that's what leads me to the next. We're going to go check out a parts rack. Let's go see. And so what we're doing here is kind of So be We want to make sure we get the right part to them right when they need it. So the old parts on the rack from the car that was damaged, stacked right on top, the new one. And then you go old, they're new. Take a look for yourself. This is going to be awesome. You're talking about building people. Why do you do that here? So, Rob, if we focus on the people that are fixing the cars and we invest in them, the product that you're going to receive is far greater. Yeah. So the end result is a customer at Big Sky Collision Center is really going to be taking care of by good people. That care. All the certifications we have from our manufacturers that recognize us for having the right tooling, the advanced training. And so they send us and saying, this is a Stanford approval. In fact, this is the most certifications you'll see in any shop in five states. So you're saying our customers are really in good hands at Big Sky Collision Center. Not only are they in good hands, they have the choice. So if they're feeling a little pressure, remember, take the car where you feel most comfortable. This has been a fun day, Matt.
