When someone gets in a car accident, typically what they do is they either call their insurance agent or directly to their insurance company by which they'll, in a claim center, and they open up a claim. By the law, they can choose any collision center they choose to. It is our goal that through our reputation, through word of mouth, through our high quality of repair that the customers can and do come directly to the facility by which we can contact their insurance company and help them and assist them opening up that claim from right there at which point we have estimators and systems in place that are in direct contact over the internet with their insurance company and we can do all the work, put them right in a rental. We do have rental cars right on site that it's really a one stop shop.
