Due to an ongoing issue with a former member of our club it has become necessary to put some requirements and stipulations for membership into Hot Rods & Honeys Cruzin Car Club in writing. 1. Membership is completely free and voluntary however since the club has no dues each individual member is responsible for any and all expenses related to events they wish to participate in, including but not limited to entry fees, food, etc. 2. Each member will be responsible for any and all damages they may cause and is required to pay for such damage through their personal insurance or payment directly to the individual who suffered said damage. Hot Rods & Honeys Cruzin Car Club, hereinafter known as HR&H, are in no way responsible and will not be held liable for any such damage. 3. Each member is to conduct him or herself in an appropriate manner, as this is a family oriented club. At any point if a member represents HR&H in a negative manner the active members who attend events on a regular basis, hereinafter know as the “core group” has the right to remove their access by blocking them from our Facebook page and discontinue their membership 4. Any and all concerns regarding the clubs directions should be brought to the attention of the HR&H administrators, Kevin or Rhonda Pollard or Randy Holloway to be addressed and not posted directly to the wall of the HR&H Facebook page. After discussion with the “core group” the concern will then be communicated directly to the member who expressed the concern. Also a site administrator will advise the entire membership of any and all changes resulting from the concern by placing a post on the Hot Rods & Honeys Cruzin Car Club Facebook page.
