Welcome to the Webcast on the topic of the green world of the ECB. Mr. Kremer, the ECB wants to play an active role in climate protection. What do you think? Yes, basically I can understand that. I am a free-time gardener and see what the climate change is in nature. But you have to think about it. The good community is not always good. What does the ECB have in mind? There are different things. For example, if you want to buy online from companies in the future, open the climate risks. That is why you want to make sure that the investors inform about climate risks. Then the investors can consider their investments. And that is of course completely unproblematic. I understand. And where do you see the problems? The problems arise in my opinion. If the ECB would be able to connect, to buy green online, to buy before the train. So more green online and less so-called brown online. That sounds good at first glance, completely clear. But I think that very serious target conflicts are being threatened with the ECB. How exactly do you think so? Imagine that the ECB has bought a large portfolio of green online. And for some reason the inflation would start to rise. The ECB would have to make their money policy less expensive. They would have to punish them. That means that they would have to remove their online portfolio. But they would have to sell green online. If they don't want to do that, because they want to keep up with their climate, then the money policy is too loose. Then the inflation will rise at some point. And then they would have failed to do so in their own area. So you can see here there is a conflict. The ECB either loses on the area of climate protection or on the area of inflation. And one thing is certain, their credibility would be massively affected. What would you recommend? I would recommend the ECB to get out of there and the elected politicians should make climate protection. And they have much better instr If you think about CO2 certification or CO2 tax, that is a job for the elected politicians. And will the ECB follow your advice? As usual, I don'think so. It is much too loose for the ECB to become active in this popular area of climate protection. And that's why I think that in the end they will give up the principle of market neutrality and that they will buy green online in advance with all the problems associated with that for their credibility. Thank you.
