Tell me a little bit about why you decided to purchase Bay Rock Marina. Well, we had a service shop up the road and were looking for a new place and just sort of happened, come up for sale and we thought we'll give it a shot. That's awesome. All right, so tell me a little bit about the Marina. We're a full service Marina. We rent boat slips. We have a restaurant, ice cream. We have a full service shop. We do repairs, winterization, s We have tackle, love bait, minnows. You really do it all. Yes. Yes, we had Charlie on the show earlier making And you serve up breakfast and lunch daily, right? Yes. OK, tell me a little bit about that. Well, we have hamburgers and french fries, c As He'such a good cook. I don't know what we'do with that. And you have the two decks here that you want to come and sit in the sun and take in the view. Also, you could take it to go. Yes, with the water. Take out orders or you can come eat on the deck. We also have seating inside or just take it to go on your boat. Yeah. Pull right up on your boat right down here and take it out to eat. All right. Well, if I have a boat and I come up here and I need some gas, I can get that. But I also can, if I'm having a problem, I can get it serviced, right? Tell me a little bit about some of the maintenance that people can get on your boat. Anyt Upholstery? Upholstery, yes, we do upholstery. We have a full service upholstery shop and we do canvas as well. Yeah. And a lot of people come to the lake to do fis And so if they're looking for minnows, they can get them here as well, right? Yes. We sell live bait minnows. We have small, medi A lot of people fish on t So that's real big around here. All right. Well, good deal. All right. So I have the, you have the shop. So if I need any materials, I can go there. I can get my sandwiches. I can get my gas. And you do everyt But you said that might be coming, right? Yes.
