Classic European Restorations was born from a love for cars. We believe that classic cars should be preserved and driven, not preserved an mothballed. Founder: Jeff Smith I have been working on cars for 40 years as a hobby and spent over a decade as an engineer for car companies. Two years ago, I exited the engineering world and dove head first into full time restorations. It has been a wonderful experience and I love going to work every day. Projects: ?? - Muscle car from straight liner to a competitive autocross car - Fun track day car with tuned suspension and 500 HP, completing all of the modifications in-house Today’s focus has turned to Porsche with three 914s currently in the garage(s), one is coming along nicely with a stock build with orange paint and plaid interior. On the wilder side is a 74 with a 283 SBC, 911 brakes and suspension and Fuch wheels. Also in the works is a full resto of a 1976 VW Westfalia that will be finished in its original color of sage green. On the horizon is an engine swap of a late model VW 1.8 Turbo drivetrain into a MK2 GTI.
