Moderno provides our customers with high quality, new or refurbished appliances. We have high-end LG scratch and dent that will modernize your home as well as all other major brands. We also provide in-home repair services for kitchen and laundry. Our furniture is new, solid wood construction. So, Suzanne, We're there for your ribbon cutting when you opened up your new business and, Tell everyone at home what Moderna is and what you do. Moderna is Moderna Appliance and Furniture. My husband, Victor, is a certified service tech for over 20 years, so he started with doing the Appliance service, and then we grew into a retail store back in 2012 in Lawrence, and then we relocated in 2017. Now we're at the back of Stadi We also carry a couple of lines of quality furniture. We have some that are solid-made, solid wood-made bedroom sets that are made custom in Wisconsin, and we have other quality solid wood imports. We've been dealing with, as everyone else has been, with availability issues right here. We're in the middle of COVID. As you can see, this doesn't look I am doing a lot of work virtually, as many people are, and that's one t So you can chat with us, you can get to our website, ModernAppliance. com, take a look at the products. We have a lot of t But we try to have a quality product on both the appliance and furniture side. We provide excellent certified service, and we try to support our community. No, that's great, and you do all that, w Susan, as you mentioned, the COVID, with the Merrimack Valley, what's happening right here right now, you have an amazing showroom. Are people still able to get into that showroom now, or would the better t Are you offer somet We have a mix because people certainly are still, they have different opinions of what they feel comfortable with and what they're safe doing. We have everyt We ask that everyone, if they do come into the store to wear a mask, we have hand sanitizer at the desk as well as at the front door. You can hand sanitize, wash your hands as you come right through, and we keep all of the products wiped down and clean as well during the day. Fewer people are coming in as a result of COVID, but we definitely can respond and react. We can deliver t We can do contact list delivery. We can do, as I said, the new chat function on the website. You can always reach us by email if you have questions or by phone. We've done a couple of t We did it on a video feed way back in the beginning of COVID. We've tried to be as creative and as flexible as possible wherever the customer is coming from, were available for that. No, it's great. You make it safe. People want to go in. They go in and feel safe and enjoy their time when they're checking out the products and services that you have available. If they want to bring them to the company or home, you make that available also. It's great that you make it flexible for the customer to shop the way they want to. You mentioned appliance and furniture. What are some of the appliances and furniture that you have available for sale at your location? The appliances would be your basic kitchen and laundry. Any kind of top load, washer, front load, get the fancy one with the pedestal. You have a nice convenient stacked system. We have all sorts of gas and electric ranges, microwaves, refrigerators of all different styles. Again, right now, availability, it's really important if you're looking towards purchasing somet We can certainly put something on order and we check the availability dates and let For example, on a Wednesday, get t It's important to plan ahead if you need any upgrades or any changes. If they'refrigerated, it looks Certainly call us and we can help keep it going for a little bit longer, but we can certainly order new as well. You can plan ahead and schedule somet Get that service from Moderna Appliance and Furniture, w You have some great programs coming up as well. You had mentioned earlier, can you mention that the people at home about the different programs you have, including tax-free savings? Sure, sure. We have Massachusetts is doing their tax-free weekend and at t We have Sealy mattress sets, depending on the style that you get, depending on how much you spend on it. They're actually offering a gift certificate rebate, we have some great sales coming up. We have some new furniture products. We made sure we found out some t We will have them available for people to take a look at. If they want, we'll have pictures if they want to just see it virtually, and they can place orders. All of those t We made sure we did that so people aren't excited about somet We also, through the month of August, we've done somet Back in February, we did spread the love. In August, we have spread the love 2. 0. It's just somet We've partnered again with Lazarus House and Emmaus. With COVID, so many more people have food needs, have issues with, they still aren't able to go back to work. We are saying, if anybody just show us your receipt or drop the non-perishable foods off to Moderna, and we will get you entered into a special raffle that we're having, we'll have several different prizes. We have a grand prize. We're offering a value of about $150. We have some gift certificates and smaller prizes as well, but there's not just one prize. There are several different ways you can win through the month of August. Were excited about that and hope people will get a little extra motivation to get some important and urgently needed food for both of those places.
