Rent One

I'm the store manager here at Rent One. I am a builder of relations Another way to say that is I basically take big price appliance items and furniture and break it down to a more affordable, beneficial plan for customers. Some of my daily challenges are really, it has less to do with about business and more about people. It's motivating the team, but in order to motivate the team, I have to make sure that I'm in a place that is uplifting. I know how I'm walking into work. I'm prepared. I have the mindset to do my best to enjoy the day for the customers and not just the customers, our employees. If we invest in our employees, they will invest in us. I'm talking about time, energy. If I'm not giving that to them, then they won't return it. It really occurred to me that I wanted to grow not only in my lifestyle, but just personally, I'm an introvert naturally. And so I told my manager at the time that, And they set me on a path that really led to where I am today, a store manager. I'm still an introvert, but I have gotten out of my way to really grow in t And I t Every day has a new and incredible experience to look forward to. Recently, we had a customer who was pregnant for what felt And now she has had that baby. I remember she rented a rocking chair from us. T And I had somet And I'm overjoyed that I could be a part of that. I mean, t Not only are they extending their family, we're extending our relations When you come to Rent One, we want to provide a safe place where you don't just leave with a material t You leave with the comfort of knowing that you were taken care of.
